Got Merch Return and Exchange Policy
We like to keep things simple and transparent here at Got Merch, same thing goes for our return policy. Our D.I.E. mentality has allowed us to create a seamless order approval process to make sure that we dial in your order to perfection the first time around. If we hear that a customer is not fully satisfied with their order that same mentality kicks into hyperdrive!
If you receive your order and it differs from what was promised to you in any way, shape, or form you have our promise that we will make it right. We need your order to be perfect and if there is an issue please reach out to us within 60 days of receiving your order. That way we can provide a remedy in the most efficient and expedited manner.
